• Donations to SGJSS are eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the limits and conditions specified by the Income Tax Department of India. Receipts will be issued to the contact details and PAN you provide at the time of donation.
• You will verify all details — including amount, name, and contact information — before confirming the payment.

SGJSS reserves the right to decline or return a donation if it is suspected to be from an unlawful source, if the donor does not provide required details, or if acceptance would violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Intellectual Property
